one of only two lighthouses in Michigan that operates as a Bed and Breakfast Inn.
The Lighthouse, built in 1869 is in excellent condition. Built of red brick with
limestone reinforcements at the corners, the attached square tower is on the north
side of the house. An automated coast Guard beacon is still in operation in the tower.
Located 25 miles north of Marquette, Mi. Visitors are welcome on the grounds and
tours are given May through September.
