I began quilting in 1967 with the help of a Jenny Beyer quilt as you go book. I found quilting to be very relaxing and enjoyed the time spent at the quilting frame in the evening when my three small children were in bed. I began professionally teaching quilting in 1989 and I enjoyed the challenges of teaching this art to others.
